Claudia Vaccaro

Claudia M. Vaccaro, a Warwick resident for over a quarter century, began her career here as a licensed real estate agent in 1975.  She quickly advanced to become a New York State licensed broker in 1979.  Four years later Vaccaro opened her first office in Warwick.

The rapid growth of her business necessitated office expansion.  In 1989 Claudia Vaccaro Real Estate, Inc. established its permanent home in the lovely Victorian-style building at 12 Maple Avenue in the Village of Warwick, where business continues to burgeon.

Dedication to quality service and a deep love for the Warwick Valley have given Vaccaro an uncommon perspective on which she has built her successful business.  By exclusively listing and marketing properties in Warwick and the surrounding area, Claudia Vaccaro Real Estate is in the distinct position of offering clients, both buyers and sellers, simply the best expertise with which to meet and exceed their needs.

Claudia M. Vaccaro continues her commitment to Warwick as an active community servant on the Board of Trustees of St. Anthony's Hospital, in addition to membership of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Warwick Historical Society.
